Farming

Milk was poured through the top and hand turned to separate the cream from skim milk.  The cream was used for churning butter, while the remaining skim mil was fed to farm animals. This was used by the AlwinVelboom Family. Donated by Darlene & Ron Navis.

Made of wood, this chopper cutter was used to harvest corn fodder and embodies the tradition and simplicity of early American agriculture.
